Amongst persecuted women we have seen such courage in the face of difficulties & distress, peace in the face of injustice & forgiveness & hope in the face of cruelty & killings.

One of our speakers has visited women in difficult situations in Israel and the West Bank and the following year joined an International Women's Ministry team of five to Indonesia. The team had an amazing experience visiting three women in prison for their faith in the area of West Java. Opportunity also came in Ambon and Seram to speak to over 300 Indonesian women. Hearing their stories of grief and loss this speaker returned the following year to Ambon and Seram with a team of five women from Australia and ran a counselling course for over sixty Indonesian Pastors and leaders. The team also brought a presence ministry among many Open Doors projects.
Another of our speakers has been involved for over 30 years with Open Doors being part of the pioneering work here in Australia. She has been to China six times and more recently with a Women's Ministry team to Pakistan. Also travelling to Bangladesh and India where she was involved with teaching Standing Strong through the Storm Seminars. This speaker brings a great wealth of association with God's persecuted people.
Another of our speakers has also been involved with Open Doors for more than 25 years travelling many times to China to meet with persecuted believers and take them the scriptures. More recently she joined a Women's Ministry team to Ambon and Seram in Indonesia to participate in running a counselling course for Pastors & leaders in the Persecuted Church. She also had the joy of visiting three women in prison for their faith in the area of West Java. This speaker brings a caring heart for her suffering sisters.
