Open Doors LIVE is a monthly podcast from Open Doors Australia hosted by Mike Gore, James Kozina and Jocelyn Goto.

This podcast brings the persecuted church to life, with each episode containing life changing stories, accurate updates on events and trends in persecution, and biblically based discussion.

Episode 26 Overview

Thanks to Hillsong Church, join us for a conversation with Christine Caine, Robert Fergusson, Donna Crouch and Mike Gore at our Hillsong Conference 2019 Masterclass about fear and faith as we learn how to follow Jesus all over the world, no matter the cost.

In this episode:

  • Hear how the persecuted church are mentors to our faith.

  • Why Robert Fergusson argues persecution isn’t bad, but promised.

  • How Christine Caine views the gospel as both inclusive and exclusive at the same time.

About The Hosts

Mike Gore is the CEO of Open Doors Australia & New Zealand. He’s been with the ministry for almost 10 years and has travelled extensively to meet persecuted Christians in the field. He’s been chased by secret police and has smuggled Bibles to Muslim background believers.

James Kozina is part of our Church Engagement team for QLD and WA and is a resident expert on all things World Watch List. James regularly speaks in churches, has met with persecuted believers in the field, and is passionate about seeing the survival of the gospel in both the persecuted church and the free church.

Jocelyn Goto is an excellent communicator and shares her journey with the persecuted church with humility and authenticity. She has worked for Open Doors for three years and looks after major partnerships, Open Doors Live, and our Frontline Partners. Jocelyn is constantly amazed by the faith of believers in some of the most contested countries on the planet.

This podcast is brought to you by Open Doors Australia & New Zealand.

Open Doors began in 1955 when Brother Andrew smuggled Bibles to persecuted Christians. We now work in over 70 countries supporting Christians who are persecuted for their faith in Jesus.
